Return & Refund Policy

VoltyDart Academy

Total Course Fee: ₹10,000/- + 18% GST

Booking Amount: ₹5,000/- + 18% GST (Non-refundable after a certain date)

Balance Payment: Must be paid on or before the course start date.

Once the course has commenced, no refund requests will be accepted.

If a student cancels registration at least 10 days before the course begins, the registration fee of ₹5,000/- (excluding GST) will be refunded.

No other portion of the course fee is refundable under any circumstance.

To request a cancellation and initiate a refund:

Send a written request to our course admin team via email or official communication channel.

Ensure the request is made at least 10 days before the course start date.

Once approved, the refund will be processed within a reasonable timeframe.

Course registration and slots are non-transferable.

The booking amount and registration fee apply only to the original registrant.

All refunds are exclusive of GST.

Only the principal booking amount of ₹5,000/- will be refunded (GST is non-refundable).

VoltyDart Academy reserves the right to modify or update this policy at any time.

Updates will be posted on our official website or sent through official communication channels.

Changes take immediate effect upon posting.
